1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Conclusion of contract

Product listings are not a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email. As most items are single pieces, we verify availability before confirming.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices include 19% German VAT. Shipping within Germany costs €6.90 and is free from €150 order value. International rates are shown during checkout.

4. Payment

We accept bank transfer, PayPal and cash on delivery (Germany only, €6.90).

5. Delivery

Stocked items leave our warehouse within 24 hours of payment. Delivery inside Germany usually takes 2–4 business days.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. For items marked as used or NOS, the description refers to the condition at the time of sale.

7. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.
